Mercedes-Benz 250 SE

The production of the 250 SE was relatively short (September 1965 to December 1967) and only 6,213 of all types were built.
The car is ordered with automatic transmission, power steering, air conditioning, luggage set and Becker radio (now a Blaupunkt).
The car was delivered in Hannover to her first (lady) owner, Frau Dr Hanna Bordasch on April 17, 1967. She later said that the 250 SE was a gift from her husband and was used as the second car of the family.
The Mercedes only drove in Germany and occasionally in Switzerland. After 12 years, in May 1979, the car was sold to a dealer in Berlin, where in October 1980 he was sold to Mr. G Arndtmann from Offenbach am Main. In May 1982 the Mercedes was sold again, to Karl-Heinz Radomski from Gladbeck, and he remained in his collection for 25 years without being registered.
In December 2007 the car was sold, again in Germany. This was in a partially restored state when it was purchased, with a correct 74,000 kilometers on the clock. The engine and transmission were completely rebuilt in 2008, the carpets renewed and the electrodes partially overhauled. Restored in good general condition, this rare Mercedes-Benz soft top has restoration invoices, (copy) Datenkarte, German registration papers.
Today, both coupe and cabriolet versions in this series are sought-after classics and a good investment.
